Delivery & Returns
Depending on our stock levels and time of year, products are generally dispatched within 1-2 working days after the order has been placed. During the ‘Back to School’ period, dispatch may take a little longer. If we are out of stock and cannot deliver, we will inform you of the delay as soon as possible. Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday and where possible we will email a tracking reference.
- For deliveries to MK1 – MK17, LU6 & LU7 postcodes, there is no fee for orders over £25
- For other postcodes, delivery is £6.95 for orders under £50
- Delivery is free for all orders over £50
- We have a Click & Collect service; you will be contacted via phone or email when your order is ready for collection
Please note that delivery can take up to 5 working days after dispatch. If you need your order sooner, please get in touch and we will try our best to arrange something for you.
All school uniform and other products bought from Wear2School can be returned and refunded up to 21 days after purchase. Once the 21 days are up, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. What’s more, they must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached. Personalised items cannot be returned unless the garment is faulty.
In the unfortunate event that you wish to return your products, you must first apply for a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number). You can do so by emailing email@example.com or by giving us a call at the shop on 01525 373 030. A RAN will then be issued to you. Without it, your returned goods may not be processed as quickly and your refund will be delayed.

Your RAN should be clearly marked on the packaging. Please ensure that you have a proof of postage from the Post Office or the goods are sent as signed for on delivery. Your refund will be made via the same payment method that you used to initially purchase the item(s). You will receive an email from us once we have process your return and refunded your money. This may take up to one week.
